Layaway Policy

All Sales are Final, No Exchanges, Returns or Refunds due to the nature of our business. No Exceptions.

Opening Balance Down Payments:

Half Down

Deposit of half down must be made in order for the dress to be ordered and/or placed on layaway

 The Rules:Terms-

Due to the nature of our business, all sales are final, no refunds, returns or exchanges.

Layaway begins the day you pay your down payment. Layaway must be paid in full 3 months from the date of down payment. If the account is NOT paid in full by the 3 months (from the date of your down payment) the merchandise will be returned to inventory and your down payment & payments will NOT BE refunded due to the nature of our business. 

 

If the account is canceled items will be returned to inventory.

Down Payment & Payments will NOT BE RETURNED / refunded.

NO refunds will be given due to the nature of our business.

 

Disclaimer: When ordering a dress at Barbara’s Boutique please note:  All sales are final; Deposits non-refundable.   Deposit of half down must be made in order for the dress to be ordered. Please allow two full weeks (maybe longer for weather delays) for your dress to arrive. Once your dress is in we will contact you. When your dress is paid in full, you will have six weeks to pick it up. If not picked up within 3 months of order date, your dress will be returned to stock and all payments/deposit will be forfeited due to the nature of the business. 

ALL SALES ARE FINAL.  NO RETURNS OR EXCHANGES DUE TO THE NATURE OF OUR BUSINESS.
