Returns of clothing & casual accessories will be issued in the form of store credit for the amount of the item(s).
This DOES exclude Wedding Dresses, Homecoming Dresses, Prom Dresses, Formal Wear, Formal Wear Accessories, Clearance & Sale Items because all sales are final on these items.
Return merchandise MUST have original sales tags on the merchandise.
 Merchandise being returned MUST be in clean, non-damaged, Oder free, deodorant stains free, CLEAN NEW condition with tags still on the merchandise. 
The term "FINAL SALE" or "CLEARANCE ITEM" means items cannot be returned or exchanged.
Returns are processed 5-7 business days after we receive them. 
 We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
IF the merchandise is not clean and in new condition when we receive it & no refund will be issued.  We will return the product to you that do not meet our guidelines at your expense, if we have not received postage from you to return items after 30 days all non-returnable merchandise will be donated.
